Customizing Snap!

1) Install libraries:

Export blocks and copy into snap/libraries folder
Update LIBRARIES file, adding xml filename and description row


2) Add a new palette category:

Edit src/object.js file
Add entries in  
- SpriteMorph.prototype.categories
- SpriteMorph.prototype.blockColor
